Slots32 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights & Our Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and Slots32 ("Slots32", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at slots32.app.

By registering an account on Slots32, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Slots32 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Slots32 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Slots32. Links to both documents are available in the footer of every page on the platform.

Slots32 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Slots32 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use Slots32, you must meet the following eligibility requirements in full at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Slots32 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account suspected of being held by a minor pending verification.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, businesses, and automated entities may not register accounts on Slots32.
• You must be registering for yourself. You may not register on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your Slots32 account.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Slots32, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have received prior written permission from Slots32's compliance team.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction — personal, local, or otherwise — that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid Pakistani payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each person may hold only one Slots32 account. If you already have a Slots32 account and register an additional account, both accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate account may be voided. If you believe your account has been duplicated in error, contact support immediately.

Your Slots32 account is your personal responsibility. The username and password you create during registration must be kept confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.

Slots32 will never ask you to provide your password through any channel — not via live chat, email, SMS, or any other method. If you receive a request claiming to be from Slots32 asking for your password, this is fraudulent activity and you should report it to support@slots32.app immediately.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Slots32 account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported to us in writing that your account has been compromised.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, you must notify Slots32 immediately. We will temporarily lock your account while we investigate.
• You must keep your contact information — particularly your mobile number — up to date on your Slots32 profile. Outdated contact details may delay withdrawal processing or account recovery.
• Two-factor authentication is available on Slots32 and we strongly recommend enabling it for additional account security.

All financial transactions on Slots32 — deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and winnings — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies, no exchange rate calculations, and no conversion fees on the Slots32 platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at Slots32 is Rs 500. Deposits can be made through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits via mobile wallets are credited to your Slots32 account instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 12 hours depending on interbank processing windows.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by Slots32 as quickly as the payment network allows. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 3 to 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 2 to 12 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Slots32 does not charge any platform fee on withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Slots32 maintains segregated player accounts — your PKR balance is held separately from Slots32's operational funds and is accessible for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

Slots32 offers a welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 on a qualifying first deposit, along with ongoing promotions including reload bonuses, accumulator boosts on football betting, and a VIP loyalty programme. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the Slots32 platform.

The following general bonus rules apply to all Slots32 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page before you opt in.
• One bonus per household: Only one bonus claim is permitted per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by registering additional accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and slot games may contribute at different rates. Contribution percentages are listed on each bonus page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will be removed from your Slots32 account automatically.
• Minimum odds: Where a bonus applies to sports bets, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not contribute to bonus wagering.

All games and betting markets offered on Slots32 operate under specific rules that are available within each game interface or market listing. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that specific game or market.

Live Casino: Live casino games at Slots32 — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Roulette — are run by professional dealers in certified physical studios. The outcome of each hand or spin is determined entirely by physical equipment (cards, wheels). Slots32 does not control and cannot influence individual game outcomes. All live game results are final once declared by the dealer.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on Slots32 are subject to the sportsbook rules available on the Football Betting section of the platform. Slots32 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum required playing time has elapsed.
• Odds were published due to a manifest error (e.g. a clearly wrong price published by technical error).
• Evidence of match manipulation is identified by official governing bodies.
• A bet was placed after an event's outcome was already known ("late betting").

In the case of a voided bet, your stake is returned to your Slots32 PKR balance in full. Slots32 sports results are settled according to official governing body results only. Unofficial sources, broadcaster scores, or social media are not used for settlement purposes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Slots32. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Slots32 account. Using false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during account verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Andar Bahar — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Slots32 platform without genuine human decision-making involvement.
• Money laundering: Using Slots32 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity. Slots32 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your Slots32 account, or operating another person's account on their behalf.

Slots32 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all members. We believe that gaming should always remain entertainment. The moment it stops being that, our responsible gaming tools exist to help.

The following responsible gaming controls are available to all Slots32 members at no cost and without requiring justification:

• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from Slots32. Self-exclusion of 6 months or longer cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

As a Slots32 member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Slots32 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Slots32 software.
• Create derivative works based on any Slots32 content or interface.
• Use the Slots32 name, logo, or branding in any external communication, website, or social media content without prior written approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slots32's liability to any member arising out of or in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's Slots32 account at the time the claim arises.

Slots32 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, etc.) that are outside Slots32's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses — including loss of anticipated profits — arising from use of or inability to use the Slots32 platform.
• Any decisions you make based on information published on the Slots32 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Slots32's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Slots32 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed by Slots32, with any remaining balance returned to the member's last registered payment method after deducting applicable dormant account fees as stated in the fee schedule.

If your Slots32 account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was accumulated through prohibited activity. If the termination is for any other reason, your eligible remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to close your Slots32 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting support@slots32.app. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any eligible balance is returned to your registered payment method.

Slots32 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect member rights, Slots32 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.

Your continued use of the Slots32 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Slots32 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and Slots32 relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Slots32 support team at support@slots32.app.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by Slots32's licensing authority.
